The Beachside Pavilion is a covered outdoor area, located on Truman Annex, with plenty of space to accommodate a large group. The Beachside Pavilion is equipped with electrical, lights, and outdoor restrooms, located in the Truman Fitness Center. The Beachside Pavilion is a first come-first served space however there is a fee associated with reservation. Pavilion reservations start at a base price of $50, with an additional $15 per hour. The base price covers 3 hours of reserved time, including set-up/break-down. Maximum capacity is 200. Requests for reservations are accepted 60 days prior to event date. The Navigators Bar is located on Boca Chica Field and is an intimate space, serving sailors during the day and marina residents during the night. Because it is a restaurant, bar, and rentals hub, there are a few ways to reserve the space. The beach Tiki Huts start at $25 and those reservations can be made at the Bar. The Sigsbee Community Center is a hub for activity! This is where you can find most of our MWR programs and private rentals taking place. It’s a large, open concept facility that provides a blank canvas for your specific function. It is located on Sigsbee Park and comes equipped with additional outdoor seating, indoor restrooms, a kitchenette, 12 tables, 80 chairs, a built in stage, AV system, podium, and microphone. Community Center reservations start at a base price of $100, with an additional $30 per hour. The base price covers 3 hours of reserved time, including your set-up/break-down. Sunset Lounge Bar is a full service bar that overlooks the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is a remarkable place to watch the sun fade into the night. The Lounge provides a wonderful tropical setting and serves great drinks. It is the perfect location for a destination wedding, command party or cocktail hour location.
